Ed has been the guy that we let think "runs" the club. Actually he's been great for all of us. He's been keeping things running smoothly for 17 years now. he is always the first here and the last to leave. Now that's dedication.

He's been holding USCF rated Quads, every last Saturday of the month since 1985. And has been our TD at all rated USCF events since we started in 1982.

He has some impressive Simultaneous Tournament results to brag about. He lost to World Champion Anatoly Karpov (not too impressive! But he played a strong game!), drew against Yasser Serawan and Chibaniki (I'm sure he spelled that wrong!) and had wins over Michael Wilder and Michael Rhodes.

After Warren Kilbourne's 480 rated games, Ed is the #2 player of games in the Club. He has an identical winning percentage of 54% as does Warren. Games played are 384, with 184 wins, 154 losses and 46 draws.
